Horizontal Oil/Gas-Fired Steam Boiler

1. Adopting a wet back triple return structure with symmetrical center arrangement can improve the stress distribution of the tube plate. The wet backed combustion chamber is completely immersed in water and has good cooling conditions. The design of a large combustion chamber is conducive to the spread of flames and sufficient combustion. The tube plates of the combustion chamber are all connected at the edges, with a stable structure and long service life.

The application of corrugated furnace liner not only increases the heating surface but also alleviates the damage that thermal expansion and contraction may cause to the combustion chamber, thereby improving its strength. 3. The front smoke box adopts a hinged connection, double-layer sealing and easy opening.
