Characteristics of horizontal (condensing) oil (gas) steam boilers

1. Adopting a wet back triple return structure with symmetrical center arrangement can improve the stress distribution of the tube plate. The wet backed combustion chamber is completely immersed in water and has good cooling conditions. The design of a large combustion chamber is conducive to the spread of flames and sufficient combustion. The application of corrugated furnace liner not only increases the heating surface but also alleviates the damage that thermal expansion and contraction may cause to the combustion chamber, thereby improving its strength. Complete combustion of the large furnace boring volume, fully saving fuel.

3. The front smoke box adopts a hinged connection, double-layer sealing and easy opening. Adopting lightweight and high-quality sealed insulation materials, it provides smoke and heat insulation, which not only reduces the temperature of the front and rear panels but also improves thermal efficiency.

4. The large steam space reduces the speed of steam leaving the water surface, and is equipped with a steam water separation device to ensure high-quality steam output at high temperatures.

5. The use of threaded smoke pipes enhances heat transfer efficiency and improves thermal efficiency.

6. A mixing device is installed at the inlet of the boiler feed water. The low-temperature feed water first flushes the smoke tube bundle, and then comes into contact with high-temperature parts such as the furnace chamber and fire box after the feed water temperature rises, effectively avoiding the occurrence of local subcooling boiling phenomenon and ensuring the safety performance of the boiler.

7. By applying advanced digital control technology, the combustion process can be remotely and accurately monitored. The strong current part of the control cabinet adopts domestic and foreign famous electrical appliances, with reliable quality; The controller adopts LCD or touch screen controller, with high degree of automation, easy operation, automatic control of combustion, water level, pressure, leak detection alarm, overpressure, overtemperature, water shortage protection and other interlocking protection functions.

8. Install a condenser heat exchanger at the smoke outlet, made of ND corrosion-resistant steel material, which has fast thermal conductivity and durability. The heat exchange tube adopts spiral fins to enhance the absorption of wet heat and latent heat in the flue gas, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and improve the efficiency of the boiler (reaching over 95%).
